Join us for our very first virtual dessert tasting! We are thrilled to partner with Hummingbird Macarons for this tasty event. Owner, Kisha Moore will guide us through a variety of desserts in a tasting box prepared just for tHRive members. Connect with other members of tHRive while tasting delicious Macarons and learning from entrepreneur, Kisha Moore.
Cost: $25.00 ($5 of every ticket supports our Charity Partner of the year, Samaritan House. Tickets must be purchased by February 16th).
Tasting Box will include:
-(2) Macaron flavors: Yuzu Cranberry (Winter Collection) and Salted Caramel (Signature Collection)
-(1) Chocolate Chip Cookie
-(1) Strawberry Dream Cake
-(1) Mini Dulce de Leche Caramel Brownie
Zoom Information: Registered attendees will receive Zoom meeting information by email a few days prior to the event.
Dessert Pick Up Information: Attendees are responsible for picking up their own tasting box. Tastings may be picked up anytime between 10am-5pm on Wednesday, February, 24th at Hummingbird Macarons located at 809 Granby St., Norfolk, VA 23510. Please note, masks are required for entry into the shop. If you are unable to pick up your tasting by 5pm, Events Chair, Caroline Myatt will be available until 5:45pm for late pick ups.
About Kisha Moore and Hummingbird Macarons:
Established in 2014, Hummingbird Macarons & Desserts started as a Pop-Up inside the culinary studio Now That’s Cooking located in Chesapeake, VA. Hummingbird moved to Norfolk, VA in 2015, and has become a favorite go to location for the Hampton Roads community and beyond.
Kisha has a passion for Macarons, dessert, and business, which includes meeting people from all walks of life, and adding value by encouraging them see the potential in themselves.
