CBDX, a division of the Central Business District Association (CBDA) of Virginia Beach, is a group of business professionals ages 40 and under charged with furthering the mission of the CBDA. CBDX is committed to encouraging involvement of the next generation of business leaders in support of local businesses and organizations, as well as creating future development initiatives targeting young professionals.

Downtown 100 (DT100) is a highly motivated group of young professionals, 40 years old and under, from Downtown’s business, cultural and residential communities. They serve as ambassadors for the Downtown Norfolk Council and are committed to a dynamic, attractive and prosperous downtown. Each has demonstrated leadership in fulfilling the vision for making Downtown the economic heart of Hampton Roads.

The Connect 757 is the Social Network for Black Professionals in Hampton Roads. We creatively connect Black professionals through shared experiences that allow members to step outside of their comfort zones, explore the 757, and support local businesses while still growing personally and professionally. We have a range of monthly social events for guest and paid members including our Dynamic Dialogues series, Melanin Brunch, Outdoor Adventure Series, Melanin Reads Monthly Book Club and several other events that allow us to partner and build our networks.

tHRive is the young professional program of the Hampton Roads chamber. This organization strives to help its members connect to other like minded individuals in the region, and provide a venue for professional development. tHRive also has in its mission to engage with the community by supporting a different local organization this year, and be active in local issues important to the YP community.
